Robert came today to check on an error code on one of two of our recently installed systems. He is a very pleasant young man. He took his time explaining everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. In today's world it is so nice to have someone who really listens, answers your questions, takes the time to do a thorough job, give honest opinions, and not pressure one for unneeded services.
